Connect Programme STC Office Administration / Call Centre Operations 5M1997 – 2023
The programme aims to provide learners with the skill, knowledge and competencies to provide administrative support to include, use of office equipment, use of computer applications, document production, managing filing systems and diaries in a variety of office settings.

Start Date: 25-09-2023 Hours/week: 35 Hrs 00 Mins Duration: 36 weeks
NFQ Level 4 or equivalent when accessing a Level 5 programme.
CERFL proficiency at B2 for access to Level 5 courses for those whose first language is not English
Mature learner entry requirements available via the local ETB pathway

Minimum statutory school leaving age (16+)
Good numerical and communication skills are essential, including verbal and written command of the English language. An ability to copy type at a speed of 15 wpm is also essential.
