Cookery Connects Spring/Summer 2024

In a 6 week short course, once a week, you will learn and practice cookery techniques. This course is suitable for beginners, and can be a first step back into adult education. You will learn in a welcoming and friendly group with other adults. Course options are :
Starting February 7th: ‘Cooking with Fish’
Starting April 10th: ‘All About Protein’
Starting May 22nd: ‘Healthy Vegetarian Meals’

At the end of a short course, you will be able to use new cookery skills and decide what you need to work on in the next course or class you go on to. You will be able to put into practice what you have learned so that you can be more confident in cookery in your own life, more connected in your community, and more confident to take part in further courses including QQI accredited courses.
