On completion of this course learners will be able to:

* Read and understand simple seasonal recipes and cooking instructions
* Identify and name common Easter and spring ingredients
* Follow step-by-step written instructions to prepare a basic dish
* Write a short shopping list using correct spelling for key ingredients
* Use basic food-related vocabulary in discussion and written activities
* Share personal experiences or traditions related to Easter food in a supportive group setting
* Demonstrate improved confidence in reading, writing, and speaking through practical cookery tasks
