Career and Catering Skills QQI4- CTC Youth Train Ltd – 2022/2023
The aim of this programme is to support each learner with quality training to develop the skills and confidence to progress to employment or Level 5 Further Education and Training. This programme will also equip the learner with the knowledge, skills and competence to contribute and assist in preparing and serving food in a catering operation.
QQI Catering Support – 4M2805
No formal education or qualifications are required although applicants may have participated in primary and secondary education. Applicants will be expected to demonstrate a standard of knowledge, skill and competence equivalent to NFQ Level 3 when accessing a Level 4 programme.
