Retail Skills – WYTEC 2022/2023
The aim of the programme is to enable the learner develop the knowledge, skills and competence to work in a retail environment, under supervision, providing effective customer service and retail selling, performing a range of payment transactions and engaging in stock control activities.
On successful completion of the programme, learners may progress to further education and training.

QQI Retail Skills – 4M1998
Applicants must have achieved a QQI Level 3 Major Award or its equivalent.
Age Requirements
Applicants must have reached the current statutory school leaving age.
Learning Aptitude
A good standard of written and spoken English and attention to detail is essential.
