Waterford and Wexford Education and Training Board (WWETB) is delighted to announce the appointment of a design team for large extension works that have been approved for Bunclody Vocational College, Wexford. The design team consists of Coady Architects; O’Connor Sutton Cronin (Civil/Structural Engineers); BDP (Building Services, Mechanical & Electrical, Engineers); Nolan Construction Consultants (Quantity Surveyor); Integrated Risk Solutions (PSDP).
The project will consist of extensions to, and refurbishment of, the existing school buildings. The process of designing the building now begins, along with obtaining the necessary statutory planning permissions and moving towards construction.
When completed, the new school will provide for an enrolment of 550 students and a total floor area of approximately 7,000 m2.
