Our full time FREE VTOS courses are ideal for second chance adult learners, mature students, early school leavers or anyone looking to upskill or change career direction. All courses are offered in a friendly , adult education centre where our learners can build skills, knowledge and confidence to prepare them for further study or employment.

Upskilling can often be a daunting task for people who have not been in education in recent years or may have left school early. AT VTOS Enniscorthy our team are committed to supporting you, at all stages of your learning journey.

We offer FREE* (Subject to eligibility) full-time accredited courses at QQI levels 3 and 4. Courses at VTOS Enniscorthy are offered for two years, with learners completing a major award per year. 1 year options are available for learners starting at level 4. All courses are offered over the school year with a total of 168 days classroom contact. Many learners are eligible to work part time without effecting their VTOS payments.*

QQI Level 3:

These programmes are an ideal starting point for a learner who is returning to learning or left school early. Learners are supported to develop their skills and confidence while working towards gaining a major QQI award. Supports offered at this level include english language if required.

Access: Applicants must be in receipt of an eligible social welfare payment for a duration of 156 days, over the age of 21 and have a suitable level of English language to participate fully.  

 

QQI Level 4:

These programmes offer progression from QQI level 3 or an entry point to learners who have passed a QQI level 3 or equivalent programme. Learners are supported to develop their knowledge, skills and confidence while working towards gaining a major QQI award.

Access: Applicants must be in receipt of an eligible social welfare payment for a duration of 156 days, over the age of 21 and have a suitable level of English language to participate fully.  Learners must have completed QQI level 3 or equivalent
