WAT ESOL QQI L2 Listening & Speaking
The aim of this programme is to ensure learners with relatively low proficiency in English can develop their English speaking and listening, reading and writing skills, thereby empowering them to more fully participate in Irish life.

This award is targeted at ESOL and Migrant learners. As such, the eligibility criteria for migrants (pp. 10-14) should apply when assessing applicant eligibility to participate.
Applicants who have either successfully completed a programme leading to a Level 2 QQI qualification or can demonstrate the levels of knowledge, skills and competence associated with NFQ Level 2 will be eligible to apply for entry to this programme.
