Mental Health Supports

There are multiple options available for free Counselling for WWETB learners:

  • 24 Hour Helpline with Spectrum Life – learners can call at any time, if they would like to speak with someone.
  • Phone Counselling – by appointment through registering with the Spectrum Life service. There are six free sessions, with the option of returning for a further six weeks if required. They can be arranged for a time that suits the learner – in the early morning / evening / lunchtime.
