A very proud homecoming from WorldSkills Lyon 2024 last week for 3 WWETB apprentices Liam Roche, Daniel Kearns, and Jamie Connick.
Team Ireland returned with a total of 5 World Medallions of Excellence and 17 Champions 🇮🇪🙌🏻☘️

Hats off to all 3 Wexford apprentices who travelled to Lyon- Liam Roche from Wexford town, who won 4th Place Medallion for Excellence for Digital Construction skills, and who also had the honour of Irish Flag Bearer in this year’s event! Daniel Kearns from Our Lady’s Island, Wexford was also awarded 4th Place Medallion for Excellence for his Construction Metal Work Skill, plus Jamie Connick, Broadway, Wexford who represented Ireland in the Automobile Technology skills section.
A testament to the hard work and commitment of the apprentices and tutors involved.
