Liz has worked for the past 35 years in a variety of roles both in the UK and Ireland. For 10 years she worked in the UK, firstly as a secretary in a bank and later as a tutor/teacher/facilitator with various community and educational projects. This is where her interest in education and training began. Following her return from the UK she has worked with numerous community and educational organisations. For the past seventeen years she has worked in the ETB – firstly as a community education tutor, then as the Wexford Back to Education Initiative Coordinator before taking up her current role of Adult Education Officer with responsibility for Youth Services. She currently supports the Youth Work Affairs Team, eight Youthreach Programmes and two Community Training Centres.

Trina has been a youth worker for more than 15 years. She has worked with a number of National and Independent Youth Organisations. Trina has frontline experience in the areas of group work, developing peer support networks, training, and capacity building. She has a particular interest in intercultural and inclusive youth work practice with experience working with Minority Ethnic and LGBTI+ young people and their families. In her free time and when the world is not in the middle of a global pandemic Trina loves spending time with friends and family, going to concerts and travelling.

Martin Fitzgerald, Youth Officer with WWETB, has in the past practiced as an independent facilitator, trainer, and researcher. He has worked in the youth, community, voluntary and statutory sectors for more than 45 years as a volunteer, Project Manager, Youth Officer, Development Worker and as a Regional Director. He holds an MSc in Education and Training Management and is a professionally qualified Youth and Community Worker. He has worked as an associate lecturer with WIT where he lectured in Strategic Management, Community Development, Equality Studies and Social Policy and has previously lectured for UCC and NUI Maynooth in Youth Work.

Regina has worked in various roles in both the community and voluntary sector and the education sector in her 20-year career. Regina started as a Youth Worker in Co. Carlow was centrally involved in Carlow VECs successful bid for a Youth Capital and Programme budget of €1.3million in 2008. Regina progressed to the role of Community Education Facilitator in Co. Limerick until 2014 working with various communities in East and West Limerick to develop community led education responses. She later worked as Manager with Carlow Volunteer Centre and returned to Youth Work in 2018 firstly as the Youth Work Support Officer with ETBI and more recently as Youth Officer for Co. Wexford with WWETB.

Anna works between the Youth Work Affairs section of WWETB and Enniscorthy Youthreach as a Clerical Officer; she has worked in WWETB for the last 2 years and previously worked in an Admin role for the Irish Prison Service. Anna graduated from Waterford Institute of Technology with a degree in Criminal Justice Studies. Since joining the Youth Work Affairs Team Anna has been involved in administering numerous Grants to funded Projects and Youth Clubs. Anna enjoys travelling and spending time with her family, friends, and dogs.
